- To respond to written requests for advice on matters related to Native Adat within fourteen (14) working days.
- To commence research and studies on native Adat of Sarawak within six (6) months from approval date.
- To commence research and studies on culture and traditions within six (6) months from approval date.
- To respond to applications to conduct research on native Adat to the relevant government agency within ten (10) working days.
- To respond to requests regarding updates on matrimonial records through NAMESv2 within five (5) working days.
- To process payment for bills and claims upon receipt with complete documents within fourteen (14) days.
