Kuching (Sept 19): Majlis Adat Istiadat Sarawak (MAIS) celebrates the completion of their GETS intern recently.

Nick Polio & Tiffany Grade both were attached to MAIS for 1 hiatus upon their completion at their respective universities.
In MAIS, they were assigned to various sections for a duration of 4 months each in which they are exposed to the inner workings of MAIS. Among the sections are Ethnic Research, Administrative as well as other sections.

The Graduates Enhancement Training Sarawak (GETS) 4.0 program is an opportunity to build a career and gain work skills and generate a monthly allowance of RM1500 per month for graduates.

Under this program, graduates have the opportunity to gain work skills and training with the government, GLCs and Private Agencies.
In addition, the benefits include:

• 12 months On The Job Training

• Monthly allowance of RM1,500
